photographer vs photographer! Let the battle begin!

Hey ladies!!

So I've found two photographers and I am seeing them both in the next few weeks to check out their work. Can anyone recommend either of them or give any details about your experiences with one versus the other? I want the best price but of course I want the quality to be as good as it can be too!

Ready....set.... Patken vs. Thomas Paul.... Go!

TP!!!!!! his work is outstanding and I'm so excited for him to be shooting our wedding!! He really cares about what you want and your budget.

I'm constantly raving about Thomas Paul.
We looked at Patken too...

Heres my post about Thomas Paul. I clearly dont feel there's a comparison in the two studios work.

I looked at both of their work online before I called to book an appointment. There was just something about patken that didn't stand out as much as the work I had seen from TP.

Also, we loved TP not only for his work, but his character as well. We felt completely at ease with him. He just fit with our personalities and style

Thomas paul!!!!! His work is amazing!!!!! FH and I didn't need to meet with any other photographer that we had made appointments with b/c once we met with TP and saw his work and prices, we were sold!!!!! WE booked him on the spot.

highly recommend thomas paul
not only does he do amazing work, he is fantastic to work with. my wedding is 3 months away...about a month ago he called just to check in and see if i had any questions (none of my other vendors have done that). he also called last week to see if i wanted to go somewhere other than my venue for pictures before the reception and offered me some suggestions. he really is the perfect vendor to work with

I met with both of those photographers.

Patken gave us a good price and a lot of extras in the package- but it was a lengthier process. They had some really nice albums too.

TP was more straight forward...this is the price and this is what you get. The price was comparable to patken. We told him some stuff that patken was going to give us and he added it in. I was very impressed by some album layouts I saw on LIW that were more blended rather than boxy (i think I just made up that word)

Since I couldnt stop thinking about the layouts, that was how we made our decision.

Awe! I love to hear stuff like this. Funny bc FH looks at pics on the brides review and says, 'He must be laying on the floor to get that shot!!!'

LOL... Sure enough!
