Photographer WARNING

Warning to all Long Island brides: Do NOT use the services of Platinum Images Photography located in Glen Cove, NY. Our wedding was in June 2001 and we are still waiting to receive our reprints, enlargements, and some proofs that were promised by our photographer in Sept. 2001. We have already paid for all her service but she ignores our phone calls, e-mails and messages and is making no attempt to get out pictures to us. Please do not make the same mistake we did.

I wish you all the best in getting to the bottom of this issue. I can only imagine what you are going thru in getting your memories. How disgusting of them. This is just so awful. Thanks for sharing this info with us All the best and I hope this get resolved in a speedy manner and to your liking

Works everytime...

Call a News Station such as Fox 5 Problem Solvers or Help me Howard (Channel 11 I think). They will embarass the company into doing the right thing, and the best part is that they do it on the air so that the company gets bad publicity for doing wrong. They deserve it don`t they? Even if your story doesn`t make it on to the air, they will still help you by contacting the company and threatening to put it on the air if it's not resolved. Trust me, this will work! P.S. I am sorry that you have to go through this. It sounds terribly upsetting.

I think you misunderstood. I haven't done that (thank god I haven't had reason to). I was merely suggesting that celegans take some action along those lines.
