Photographer while getting ready??

I am using patken and they said that they are not coming to my house for getting ready pics? i want them, and i think they really put everything together....what do i do hire someone else just to do the house pics? i am kinda upset, i know i already signed with them.

Tell them you want getting ready pics! Just be prepared to pay more if that wasn't negotiated in your contract.
