Photographers

My FH and I went to Silverfox last night. Since it was our first visit to a photographer we obviously didn't book them on the spot, although I really liked them. We want to look around and see whats out there before booking someone. We have an appointment with Duet on Sunday and Patken on Tuesday. I am looking forward to those two appointments.

For those of you who have used Silverfox, Patken, and Duet, which would you recommend? (just out of curiosity)

Havent used it..but my friend is using Patken...i love her engagement pics so i can only imagine what he could do with a wedding!!

I'm sorry we can't be of much help...fi and I booked Twelfth Night. We loved their work and he worked for Silverfox for many years (don't know if that helps!) but now owns his own studio. Great prices too!

We used Silverfox. We had a photojournalist and a formal photographer. The photojournalist photos are in my photoalbum here, if you want to see their work.
We loved our photos. We haven't gotten the album yet, so I can't fully recommend them as of now, but so far, so good!

Why don't you ask Dom for other recommedations? I know that there are quite a few other companies that have photographers whom he used to work with...

He actually recommended a woman by the name of Cynthia that used to work for him but ventured off on her own. We are meeting with her on Monday

I know who she is! She shares an office space with my videographer!

That's exactly who I was going to recommend. Cynthia from Images Forever. She's very 'artsy' and has a wonderful eye. We were so torn between her and Twelfth Night but because we're having such a long day we ended up getting 2 photographers with Dom.
She does share an office space with Bliss, my videographer as well. She's wonderful nd affordable...best wishes!

Cynthia used to Dom's partner. I met her at his studio when I first went to meet Dom.

They're a great group of photographers!

I have my first photography appointment with Duet TONIGHT...that was based solely on recommendations from this website!

We are also meeting with:
Patken
Perceptions
Cassarino
Imagine
over the next few weeks...Recommendations & input greatly welcomed and appreciated!

I used Duet -Alberto & Charlie for photo and Hong for video.
I did not see the other 2. My friend used Patken and was happy.
I loved Duet and would choose them again if I had to do it all over again.

i just picked up my proofs from Silverfox today. so far they have been nothing but wonderful to work with and i would highly recommend them.
