Kristen - Creative Compositions Pricing Question

Hiya. Creative Compositions was one of the more expensive places I looked at - along the lines of JoVon, or Marquee in terms of cost. I'm also having two photographers (one traditional, one doing just b&w candids), which of course increases costs fast... I wouldn't feel right posting what I'm paying without writing two pages of detail about what we are getting in terms of albums, labor, proofs, enlargements, etc.

Basically I'd sum it up as this - They are among the more expensive photographers on Long Island, but in my opinion more then make up for it in quality. They are a smaller organization - just two main photographers - Steve and Ernie - so their quality is predictable. The proofs you see will be for the photographer you get - which was important to me. I met both of them, and they both seemed really nice and classy -- which is important when you think about sharing your wedding day with them!

The photographer was the most important decision to me - I visited like 9 of them before making my decision. If you are willing to spend the money, I'm sure you will be impressed by them! Best of luck!

We LOVE Ken!! : ) You will not be disappointed at all ~ he is a dream come true!
We went with everything he offers, engagement shoot at 3 locations, color, b&w, full coverage until the end of our reception, the works! Our engagement picture is photo of the month on his website (I think it's for May/June of 2001) and he uses our wedding album for his sample book!
Barbara, the b&w photographer is wonderful... she was so helpful, and so much fun! For every picture she took, she took the same shot with my friend's camera. I thought that was so nice of her!

Thanks for the info....I loved him as soon as I met him too. He was one of the first vendors I booked (back in November) I have a couple of questions, did you get your negatives and did you get the actual proofs or are they on a disk? I don`t remember what he said about that.
