Help! I am starting to look at photographers and cannot belive how sleazy these people are! Does anyone have any suggestions on a good , reasonably priced photographer? We are paying for the wedding by ourselves, and know that photos are memories, and are willing to spend a little more on this. Any suggestions would be appreciated! We so far have looked at New Ideas photographers(so-so) , and are about to look at Rick and Co. in Holbrook, and someone named Elmo in Baldwin, and Hi lite photogrpahers. Any input on these also?

I mentioned in your other post that we're using Paul Marino Photography. He has beautiful work, a great personality, reasonably priced (he's flexible too), and he's the only photographer... it's his own studio. He's located in Massapequa. If you have any more questions, let me know! Good luck!

I would definitely check out VIP Studios (he is a vendor on this site). John the owner has been very nice and his work looked beautiful. He is also extremely reasonably priced. He is located in Port Jeff. Good luck! I think his website is www.vipstuli.com

LOL! At one point or another, I think all wedding vendors are sleazy. No offense and please don't flame me, just making a joke--gotta have fun with this whole wedding thing!

We are using Steve from Creative Compostitions in Oyster Bay. They are a little on the expensive side, but we've heard such good things about him that we decided to suck it up and spend the money. To me, the pictures and the video are two of the most important things so we decided to spend more there and save in other areas.

We went to Rick and Co. 2 days ago ... Friday in Holbrook and we liked his work a lot... does anyone know anything about them? or are using them? The pics were so clear, and showed so much detail my FH is afraid he is going to have to wear makeup!
