photographers

I'm thinking of meeting with Verdi and Mark Kauffman. Does anyone who has already met with them have any opinions or advice? I'm sure I can't go wrong either way but just wanted some input. Thanks alot

i met w/verdi and they were the nicest people just expensive---i think the package started at 3200 and that was for their service and the bride and groom album--parent albums were an addition 300-350 each----everything was extra (thank you cards, etc).............i don't know anything about mark but michelle 31 does!!:) good luck

We booked Mark Kauffman's photographers for our 10/5 wedding. We booked him way back in Feb 2001 and I have had nothing but great experiences since despite several changes we made after putting our deposit down.

Lynn (one of our photographers) did our engagement photos and she was great. Email me if you want to see.

Do a search on both photographers names - you will get lots of feedback.

Hi! We've chatted before on the Ultimate Wedding site. I'd love to see your engagement pictures - I ended up with Mark Kauffman photographers as well. We are dealing with the album after the wedding so the costs aren't as horrific initially.

Which photographers have you chosen? I'm getting the main professional and advanced candid photographer although I do not know who yet.

We are using Lynn and Jodi. Haven't met Jodi yet but Lynn is really sweet and has great style.

HI- I booked Verdi. They are great people and very talented. our engagement pic is gorgeous. They are pricey, but photography is one of things that we chose to spurge on.

I also booked Mark Kauffman (Lynn and Roy will be my photographers) Mark has been doing photojournalism style photos long before it became the 'in' thing to do.
I actually really liked his packages. They are custom. There are NO pre-planned packages to pick from. You tell him what you need, instead of him telling you what he will give you.
I have found him very responsive and helpful.

We booked Verdi also. Everything in the albums they showed us was exactly what we were looking for. We were really comfortable with them from the beginning and felt that they would take the kinds of pictures we were looking for. Plus, photography is a hobby of FH so we had to have someone really good that he could be satisfied with.

They do photojournalistic. Both the husband and wife (forgot their names) take pictures at the same time. You should meet with them to see their stuff. They have plenty of sample albums
