im using velvet studios, but am getting bare bones photog and video so its much less, FM me for details (partially bc im embarassed to say how much im spending)
You shouldn't be embarrassed about how much you are paying!! You are getting a great photographer, and a great price...nothing to be ashamed of!
Dont be ashamed!!!! You should actually blab to the world about how much you're saving!!!!!!!!!!!
Exactly!!! Mazzz did it..she's paying less than anyone....$0!!! And I am totally jealous!!!
I mean mine has nice pics, but of course they look nothing like all these other photogs you guys are using! And I'm actually fine with that... as long as i get the memories on paper one way or another, it's all good And we really clicked with him which i think is really gonna show in the pics
So yeah, never be ashamed gurls!!!!!! We're all gonna have beautiful lasting memories regardless of the amt we spend
ok well then...$2700 for photo and video..but im getting only proofs (and on DVD) and unedited DVD.

Wow, I feel like we're spending a lot now. About $4300 for photog (price changes depending on what album we pick) which includes 2 photogs, our e-pics shoot, our album, a proof album, and digital copies of all photos.
Timeless treasures films: $3500 on video (1 videographer for the whole day, one for 5 hours, unedited coverage, and 2 edited DVDs)

Re: Photographers
Keep in mind that MOST photographers usually set up a deposit to hold the date then another payment before the wedding and the balance when you pick up your proofs. You can always start with a basic package and then UPGRADE or add on all the things you want AFTER the wedding. Thats what I'm doing with 12th Night. I'm picking their basic package with two photographers and all the proofs and then adding on all the albums, etc AFTER the wedding when i will have more time to think about what i really want and I wont be so stressed out about money.

Re: Photographers
I just wanted to let you know that my friend who got married in Nov. did the same thing...pick the basic package and add other things later. Well she said that was a big mistake because prices went up and she ended up paying more money, so her advise to me was to get everything that I want now, just wanted to let you know
