I chose Proline and are happy with them so far. I had heard good things about them, and one of my friends used them, and her pics and video came out nice. I found their prices and packages to be very decent. Another reason I chose them is because they're right next to my reception hall, so it's so convenient when making payments.
I've also heard good things on the boards about both Deja Vu and Lawrence. I say meet with all 3, and figure out which one is giving you the best deal, and which one you feel most comfortable with.
