Photographer's assistant?

Photographer's assistant?

Do I need one?
I thought it was odd that I would have to pay for someone to make their job easier.
FH said the rationale probably is that if we do hire one, the photographers can spend more time on the pictures, which results in a better finished product for us.

It just seems crazy to have 3 photo people running around.

Is it worth the $150?

my photographer doesnt use one, they say if you really want one they'll give you one, but itll be someone running around, making only a little money.. they said the photographer does great on their own...

that is what mine plans to do...

someone to help out with equipment and lighting - whatever the charge, it is transparent to me and part of the total cost.

I guess that's what i figured- they would jsut bring one, but everyting is al a acarte, so I have the choice.

the reccomend it, but I feel like its not really helping me any.
