Anyone have any idea how much a deposit for a photographer would be? We are thinking of using Twelfth Night, but haven’t met with anyone yet. I just want to be prepared when I go!

our dep was $1000.
I have to say, it may depend on the amount of your package. Why not give a call & ask what they consider a standard deposit?

We are using 12th Night. Our deposit was 1/3 the total cost or $600.

Our deposit was $1000...500 for photography and 500 for video.

Ours was 200 which left 900 dues 1 month before the wedding.

Our deposit was also 1/3 of the total. I think the next third was a week before the wedding and the final payment when we got the proofs? Not totally sure.

Mine was $600 to hold the date. MY photogrpaher works her packages a la cart but I believe 1/2 of the remainder is due before the wedding (maybe one month?) and the rest when we pick up the proofs.

Ours was $1000 ($500 for photo/$500 for video) on a package of $7500 for photo and video.
