Based on some answers that i got, i think i should consider other than the preferred photographers from CHCC.
Who did you hire or who would you recommend. I need to know about price range and why you would suggest that vendor?

I chose Thomas Paul. He does both photography and videography, but you need to go with someone who fits your style (and budget)

I agree, but i need some recommendations because i cant visit every single photographer in LI.

I booked with Unique Visions Studio and am so excited to work with them. The package I got does not include video (I dont need it) but does include pretty much everything I wanted, for under $4k.

I didn't meet these photographers, but I really liked their work (from what I saw on their websites atleast)

I booked with North Island Photo, we clicked with Michael instantly, liked his work, and he offered everything we were interested in for a great price.
Other photographers I liked but did not meet with or did meet all our requirements were: LoveMorePhoto Jadore Love Turn Loose the Art Duet

We used Duet for Photo and Video and were very happy. They will work with your price range. Good luck!

I am using shearwood tri art for both photo and video
they can get to be expensive but i loved that they do all in house printing and i get a huge say in the design of my book and that i can get all my proofs on cd too to keep ( i have to pay for that but it is something that i wanted)
