I'm putting together a list of photographers & videographers to look at and would love any suggestions. I'm looking for a documentary style, with some (although not too many) posed shots.
B rett M atthews & Jovan both have a similar style I think with lots of candid shots. You can also mix as many black and whites in. We went with B rett M atthews cause we just fell in love with their style!

I'm using Cassarino in Mineola for photos..
Check out Jodi's album if you go... I'm using her and she does just that... I spoke with her and told her some candids and NO cheesy poses!
I'm using Bellarino in Bellmore for video..
Phil is AWESOME!
JMO of course!

Re: Photographer/Videographer Recommendations
I used a photographer that isn't mentioned on the boards, but you can do a search for my wedding pictures and check them out. Her name is Autumn and she is at Photo Zone in Brooklyn across from Kleinfelds.
My package was 3k. I got 2 photographers (B&W & Color) for 10 hours, Deluxe B&G album, 2 parent's albums, 75 thank you's, 1 11 x 24, 2 - the size smaller than that, 4 8 x 10, 7 5 x 7
I highly recommend her- I find her style is fresh and just as good as the really 'expensive' photographers.
The best part is she is super sweet, non-intrusive.

Re: Photographer/Videographer Recommendations
I'm using Park Avenue Studios. I have a seperate photojournalistic photographer for B&W shots. I would also recommend Fine Arts Photography and Sherwood Triart. Remember when choosing, the most expensive photographer is not always the best photographer.
