Has anyone ever heard of getting 200 pictures in ones wedding album? If so who's the photographer? When one says they give you 600 proofs is that all in an album or just a cd? I'm so confused..my friend got someone from Croatia to do her pics and she has 400 pics in her album plus all color enhancing/ black and whites for free!!

no the pics you receive you get just the proofs and then on a disk. After that you pick which pictures you want put in an album but they definitely dont put all the pics in an album. Each photographer is different. Some have different album choices such as 40, 60 or 80 pics. If they offer an 80 pics album you can add more but you pay extra for that. Some photographers offer 100-120 but thats the most ive seen. Again more can always be added but many charge extra if you want more pics than they normally offer.
I have a total of about 1200 pics, i was given all the proofs, she developed all the pictures for me and put them in a box, and the pictures were also put on disks for me. Now i just have to pick which 80 pics i want for my album, but its not something i need to do right away either

200 does seem to be a bit high, but I'd ask how many pages it includes. Depending on how many pages the album is, it could make a huge difference. You don't want there to be 20 pictures on one page either, ya know?

I made my own album with Picaboo and probably have that many pics. When you're not talking about matted photos but rather layout that gets printed as an entire sheet, number of pictures shouldn't matter.
