All Proofs (400-1200)
2 photographers
negatives cost 175 after album is done

$2400 for :

- 9 hours
- 1 photographer, 1 assistant
- covering 100-125 people
- photo journalistic style, with minimal formal family photos
- ownership of proofs (400-600, no imprints)
- ownership of the negatives

I am going to handle the albums myself. If I work with the photographer, I estimate the albums will add another $1000.

Ownership of the negatives was the deal breaker for me when shopping around. Generally, people who do not give you this option count on you coming back and will charge you an arm and a leg for additional prints. Something you may want to keep in mind...
