who are you girls using, and what was the price they quoted you? what kind of packages are you getting?

I need to book my photog, so I wanted to get an idea of what we're looking at.

We are using Silverfox-Our total is $7000- We have a main photographer ($1500), a photojournalist ($1000) and a videographer ($1500)- Our album ($1250), parent albums (one 24 page one 46 page), plus portraits and prints proofs, video, thank you cards, etc. I do not have the exact # of prints or sizes in front of me but it is a lot.

I also booked Duet 2 photog 1 videog 12 hrs $5K . Jays team
I know many ppl who have used them and were sooo happy. Plus they are more of a Word-Of-Mouth company. They don't do any advertising which says a lot..

well Madison Ave photography gives you either photog or video for mediterannian manor brides, so I think we are going to go with video. I want a really good photographer. I am looking into Alex Basin because I love his work, but Yang also looks amazing.
My friend Michelle is a photog in hawaii and she MAY be down here in June, so if she is here, she is going to do it. She's great! http://www.kauaiphotostudio.com/ for any june brides :)

duet 5000 for video and 2 photographers 11 and a half hours coverage,3 dvds our digital album 2 parent albums and big pic for us and all the proofs

I am using Christna Bohn. she is a more artisy photgrapher, which i know is what alot of us are looking for . she gives all proof print in 4x6 size with no proof across it., a cd of all photos with copyright right to use however you like , she doesnot include album since you are aloud to do what you want with the photos, however you can add albums after the even when ever you want.
