I don't know who the *** are that they blocked out but I went and met with both Patken and Lighthouse. Lighthouse told me that they do not negotiate, although others have said that they did with them. I wasn't crazy about Patken's albums when I met with them, but their pricing is cheaper ($3600 for our albums, 3 parent, bunch of prints, STD's, TU's, 2 engagement sessions, brag book) Lighthouse quoted that at $4200 but minus the STD's, brag books, take off one engagement session although they did include an additional photog. Ultimately I went with Ken Hild. I felt his style was closer to Lighthouse's but his price was more aligned with Patken's. He was my perfect match.
I liked patken they were within our budget less then 3000 for std, thank you our album ,bridal party gifts . I know people who have used patken and were happy with everything!!

I met with both. I felt that lighthouse was expensive. For everything we wanted would be 8k. They actually shoot my friends wedding. Not too impressed but thats just me. I ended up going with Patken. Their work is beautiful and they are resonable priced. HTH

I hate to be this way, but they have flat out told at least 2 people -1 of whom I know personally, that they dont do 'those kinds of weddings'--- bc the couples were same sex.
Sorry I just can't support companies like that

I met with Lighthouse and Patken. Ultimately I went with Lighthouse due to their style and personality. Florio was much more personable, and his style was more like what FH & I wanted. I have both quotes still if you want them just let me know.
Out of the two I only met with lighthouse.i met with about four others and they were awesome! Love lighthouse!
