photography and DJ's

I am trying to make a decision on photographers, and my fiance have narrowed it down to 2 choices, fine art or sherwood-triart. I was wondering if anyone had any imput on these vendors and if anyone had proofs online that i could see.

We are also trying to figure out DJ's. So far we are going to look at apple entertainment, bravo sounds and possibly double g. we don't want anything too crazy. we would like the dj to play the songs that we want and the MC to be unobtrusive, more of a classy DJ.

I used Sherwood Triart and although there pictures were great quality, they weren't very artistic. I was disappointed by that.
I've seen breathtaking shots of so many brides here from Imagine, Patken, Mark Kauffman.... If I had to do it again I would go with one of those.
Don't get me wrong - my pictures are great but just not romantic like I had envisioned. We spent ALOT of money on our photographer.... Hope this helps!

did you check out patken photo ? they are surprisingly affordable....

I don't know anything about those photographers, but we are using North Island Photography, and their work is amazing!
For DJ's, I would suggest checking out Music by Michael (he is a vendor on these boards). We were also looking for a great, classy DJ, low key, but knew how to get people on the dance floor, and he was it! He is also reasonably priced.
