photography contract

photography contract

so i was wondering..

we found a photographer that we like.. it's these two girls and it's their own business. on the contract it says that on the day of they guarantee two photographers.. now it's supposed to be them that do the photography.. but should i have them put their names down as the two that are going to come?

i don't know if i'm being crazy or if they really should have their names on it. i'm just thinking what if they send two randoms or something.. with my luck you never know.. lol. thanks in advance girls

Yeah, if it’s something you’re worried about, definitely make sure it’s in the contract. Unbeknownst to me, my dad actually grabbed my photography contract before I mailed it off and hand wrote in that the e-pic shoot had to be done a certain week (because that’s the only time my FH will be around until closer to the wedding). I was embarrassed at first, but the photographer didn’t think it was a big deal at all. I imagine stuff like that happens a lot.

I would have them put their names down, too. That's how it is on my contract.

Actually, we have a main photographer and a second photographer. The main photographer's name is on the contract, but the second is assigned a couple weeks before... I knew this ahead of time, though, so I wasn't worried.

But if you want them specifically, definitely get their names on there.
