Photography help!

Don't be intimidated by "snooty" people. If you like the work then go for it. I thought my studio comes off as a little shooty, but my fi & I really liked the work. I haven't met my photographer yet, but if she's a snoot, I'll deal with it then. I'm pretty confident though. You may even want to ask to meet with the person who will be photographing before you sign, to see if you like their personality. It's hard. I got my dress at a place that can come off as being snooty and I was self coscious at first,they have been nothing but nice to me and when I felt that they were being a little pushy about purchasing something, I told them that it was out of my budget or not what I wanted and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. My advise is if you like their work don't be intimidated out of hiring who you like.

Patken did a great job for our wedding. Ask for either Doug or Frank at the Lindenhurst office.

I use MAC as well and usually wear their Spirit lipstick. But for the wedding I wanted something a little more noticable so I wore Captive - a bit more pink. I work liner under, Plum I believe, but no gloss. It looked really good.

I have fair skin, brown eyes and dark brown eyes. If you're looking for something more natural, try the Spirit lipstick with Spice liner.
