Help!.... I was about to book ADA with Big John and then I heard a few bad stories about this company. Now I don't know what to do. I really liked the books that I saw and got a good feeling about Big John. One girl I know told me that they lost her negatives, (but I thought it was all digital) then another said her friend had all yellow line through all her pictures.
I dont know how much stock to put in these comments. Has anyone had experience with ADA recently??? How was it? Please help me out!

I just got married on 4/27 and we used ADA. We didn't have Big John but one of my best friends used him a couple of years ago and they didn't have any complaints. ADA called us on the day we got back from our HM (only 10 days after the wedding!) to tell us our proofs AND video were done!! I couldn't believe it. Both things came out great... I love the way they format their proof albums, too... we got so many compliments on it. I would def use ADA again or recommend them to friends/family.

I agree with Annoulak. Google the vendor and aske them questions before you sign a contract. Find out what type of equiptment they use and how they develope the pics. Most photgs send out for processing of pics & albums after they are arranged. Express your concerns to the vendor. Tell them I heard this - please tell me how this happened and why. We are using park Avenue in Sayville.
