Photography HELP!

Hey ladies!


So I met with Duet yesterday and they gave me a crazy package for $5100. I'm planning on meeting with Sherwood Triart and with Fine-Art this week and I was wondering what experiences you guys had with them when you met - in terms of pricing, style, etc. I'm looking to stay under $5500 if possible.

Also, thoughts on which Duet photographer I should go with? I'm looking for a photographer that will do both posed and photojournalistic photos and nothing too artsy.

Also, do you get to choose two photographers with Duet or do you choose one and then you get a secondary photographer (e.g. not their main photographer). I was a little confused about this after meeting with them.

We felt the same way about Duet and how we wanted our pictures- we chose Alberto, only because Nick was booked on our day and we were torn between those 2! I am sure the pictures will be beautiful whoever you choose!

They can all do any type of photography. If u dont want artsy stuff I would email your contact person there a few weeks before and tell them what style u dont want.

Also, the other girl is right. each photographer works with a team and has a second photographer which is not one of the other photographers i believe.

I had a choice of Danny and Nick for mine and went with Danny because I liked his pictures more. But they are all great.

I met w/ Duet at first too - they do good work but my mom didn't like them..I ended up going w/ Ariana Studios - Wedding Plaza. My photo package includes 2 photographers plus parent albums (2 sets), bride/groom albums and thank you cards included..Also I get engagement pictures included. total price is $3,000.
I also got video with them for an additional 1K so total is $4K.
They have samples of recent weddings on their web site (arianastudios.com) under 'Online Proofs' so you can get a sense of their style.
