My FH and I went to a photographer yesterday. My eyes bugged out of my head when i saw how much they were charging. Is 4 grand standard for 2 photographers and no video? and that is the lowest price.

Ours was around $3000 for what you mentioned. It also included 3 albums, thank yous over 1000 proofs,etc.

It is...but photo and video is all we have left after spending countless minutes, hours, days, years planning...so it's worth it!
Our photographer cost 5K. Don't forget the package you are getting probably includes some enlargements and up to 3 albums. Ours included an album for us and one for each set of parents and a whole bunch of enlargements.
But you're right it is expensive. After the hall it was the most expensive thing for us.

It is most certainly the most surprisingly expensive item we came accross. You can get it for less, but it's still quite a bit to spend

For about $4200 we're having a photographer and videographer. But the additions we chose, albums and other extras, were more than what's common. Use should check out Ariana Studios . They have a wedding package that starts at $3995 with photography, videography, flowers, limos, and tux.

Yeah, that's right. i didn't think about it like that. Many married couples are telling us that the day goes so quickly, all that planning - you blink your eyes and it is over.

For about $4200 we're having one photographer, one 65 page magazine style album, 2 parent albums, a bunch of enlargements, and one 5x7 photo for each person in the bridal party. That's a lot and I wish I could have found someone cheaper, but I do love their work. Plus, they only work 9 hours without overtime, so add in about $450 for overtime since we want the photographer to stay the whole time. It's damn expensive.

I'm lucky that my step-mom's sister is a professional photographer and she is doing it for way cheaper than what u girls are paying (probably 500-600 bucks)
