so i always get this itching to start new hobbies, and with our honeymoon and everything i figured photography would be perfect..
soo, does anyone know where you can take photography classes?

Years ago I taught at Herricks Community Center and they had a whole bunch of specialized hobby classes. I dont´know if they still do. If not maybe there are other community centers in your area.

Try Berger Brother's in Amityville or Syosset... or you know when those adult continuing ed things come in the mail?? Sometimes they have them a few nights each week at the High School in your town.

There is a New York Photography Institute or something like that. They send you all the materials and I think you work on it yourself on your own time, and when all is said and done you get a certificate or something. I looked into it for FH. It's really expensive though, over $1000! So it's def for people looking to make it a profession rather than a hobby.
