I met with Duet and they were good but I fell in love with Photography In Styles work. Their pictures are unexpected, not what you typically see in a wedding album and I like that.

I'm partial to Duet. I LOVE their work, they are wonderful people to work with and their prices are amazing.

However, I also found Thomas Paul to be a close second. He's a great guy and his work is amazing as well.

not yet but I am!!!!! I'm hating this whole photography thing and am trying to take the easy way out by only going to see 2 or 3 TOPS!

You're better than me because I have yet to even look at photography. Lord knows what I am waiting for.

this is photo week for us. i went to sherwood triart on sat... there pics are beautiful but they are on the expensive side, i also did not click with the guy i spoke to he was very 'we are the best on long island, so how should i take your payment?'

I went to duet yesterday and also they had great photos, they were reasonably priced and threw in a lot of stuff.

i am going to twelfth night tomorrow and thomas paul on sat.
i will let you know how it goes.

I did the same thing. I got quotes and packages from about 5 or 6 of them and then narrowed it down to 2 based on that and research on here and looking at their photos on their websites. I would recommend meeting with Imagine.

It took me MONTHS to find Photo/Video and I was sick of sitting with people who talked about how great they are and thier work for hours and then at the very end giving you the price list. That is prob the main reason why I choose Duet.Thier work and website is AMAZING!

I love they are not pushy at all and really do work with your budget! I liked that they let FH and I sit for 20 mins by ourselves while looking at the work and price list before having someone tell us about the work.

I'm going with Patken...I know a few people who have used them. Great work! My friend just used Imagine Studios and her pics are beautiful too.

Thomas Paul...his work is great, and very reasonable. He's a great guy too, really makes you feel comfortable, and has great customer service.

I met with Duet and I thought they were great.. I never did get to meet with Thomas Paul but they shot my friends wedding and the pictures came out really nice.
