Photography Pricing?!

So girls, am I crazy or does $4,500 sound insane for photography and videography?!

I dont know..I just thought it would be cheaper?!

Is that for the two together? Sounds like a good deal, I'm paying more than that just for photography.

Yes, I just thought it would be like $2,500 for photo and $1,000 for video!

Photography Pricing?!

It all depends on what exactly they are giving you. How many shooters for photo/video/how many hours of coverage? Are you getting albums/thank you cards/enlargements/parent albums etc. Are you getting a wedding trailer recap or just basic video coverage? Depending on what's really important, you may be able to cut down the price by cutting some of these things out.

Depends on the package and what comes with it. We paid $1000.00 for ours and that includes an engagement shoot with no time limit & 700 edited wedding photos on a CD. My husband and I will sort through them and just order our own photobooks because it comes out cost effective that way, we also designed our own thank you cards and ordered them through overnightprints.com.
We paid more for our video $2500.00 but we still spent under $5k for both.

It was for several photos (I forgot but like 11x11, 8x8, 5x7 for bridal parties, etc) plus our album and videography. I dont have all the details b/c the quote was over the phone but it just sounded like a lot LOL

Not a lot at all. You're getting a great deal! I'm paying more than that but again it all depends on what package you are getting.

We are spending $4,700 for photo and video. I say having them both at or under $5K is a pretty good deal.
