Can anyone tell me avg costs for a photographer for about 8 hrs or so? Can anyone recommend their photographer?
Right now it looks like Deja Vu Studios has some pretty good work. Any thoughts?

Check out Photography by Christos ...he doesn't charge you diffrent prices for different amounts of hours, but rather he stays with from beginning to end. Along with his awesome work, he also provides amazing customer service!!

My Fiance & I also went to Deja Vu & were very impressed. I also went to Duette &Duval. They were all around $4500-$5000 for what we wanted. Although there packages vary slightly I think we are going to go with Duval in Wantagh. We had a very nice Asian man helping us at Duette but there was a laungage issue. I know everyone raves about duet...but didn't work for us.

I love Twelfth Night Photography. I would totally recommend checking out their website. The owner Dom & the staff are super friendly when you meet them! Great postive enviornment. Totally made me excited to pick them.

Deja Vu does great work. We had a meeting there and Alan spend two and half hours with us showing us everything. They are super nice too. We are still weighting out options, but they are top of our list right now.

My quote was $4200 for 2 photographers for 10 hours, 600+ proofs that are actually prints that don't come in an album that I can keep and 2 smaller albums with I think 50 images in each. The photographers are AMAZING I was sold before I even met them.

We have an amazing deal at Marco Photography. We have full coverage all day as long as we want, 100 page digital ablum 2 parent albums (40 pics there choice) 6 8x10s, 1 16x20 1 11x14 (20 something 5x7's) 2 brag books plus fully edited digital video/dvd 3 copys (b&G and parents) with unlimited special effects/songs/pictures etc for $6,300 which included tax and it is for photographer assistant and videographer.

Also who seems to be offering best prices with 2 photographers, 1 videographer?
