The person who was doing my original photography and dj is being a b*uttface. We had to cancel because the photographer kept cancelling appointments an hour before we were supposed to meet. He wanted a cancellation letter from us which we mailed out on last month and he said he would refund us back our deposit. I've been waiting since last month and every time I email him, it's always the check is in the mail. SO now that I've emailed him again, I just told him I will be in NY at the end of the week and will pick up my payment, let's see what he says to that. My next stop after this is the BBB and the attorney generals office. Now that I see this is how they handle customers, I am sooooo glad I decided not to go with them.

It could be over soo quick if he just did what he said he would do. To me it makes no sense to drag things out like this for no reason. I can see if I cancelled because I found someone else or something like that, but it was totally on his photographer. I'm not saying you need to be at my beck and call but I expect appointments to be kept. This was the second one he had cancelled an hour before. I know things come up and things happen but twice. Ahhh heck naw
