I love both their websites. I plan on meeting with them both, but I figure if you girls could give me prices that you paid it might help.
I know Verdi says $4500 to start Duet doesnt say
Can anyone give me an idea?

I've heard DUET is much less expensive but after seeing proofs from both, I would say Verdi hands down if you have the $$. JMO.

as far as quality goes, verdi beats duet in my opinion. however, duet does have some really great packages. their lowest photo/video package starts at 4500. However, if you have the extra money i say go for the photographer who's work you love.

I visited Verdi and truly loved their work. I wish I could have booked them but bc their base package was 4,500- not including parent albums and other things we wanted (video) we wound up with Duet... the price was right- while they are not Verdi, I am very happy with the choice.... we wond up spending 4,500 on photo and video, photo package being amazing! We jsut spent too much on the hall and I couldn't afford the extra 3k Verdi would have cost me.

I am using Duet. I'm getting the platinum pkg (just photography - not video) and I think it's $3500.
Verdi's work is awesome. If they are in your budget, I'd go for it!! I love their website!

I have never met Duet. But I did meet with Verdi, and if you have the $ I would say Go for it! I would have loved to book them, but it was way out of my budget.

We used Verdi and I could not be happier with my pictures. Beyond that they were so fun and easy to work with. Flexible and professional the whole time.
Photography was the most important vendor for me and I haven't regretted my decision once since booking them, even if they were more expensive.

I never met with verdi due to their prices, I think Duet is great for their price, if you have extra money go with verdi

I did the same w/Duet (booked) but I have seen Verdi's work,very good....either way, whatever your style is and what you like!

I met w/ Duet & liked their photos, but thought their video was not great at all. I ended up booking Patken who I liked better & was actually less expensive.

Danielle and I used Duet and I have to say that they are the nicest people and the quality of their work and services that they offer you are outstanding. If we were to get married again or ever needed a photographer again we wouldnt hesitate to use DUET. If you choose them, you will not regret it.
