Photography, Video & DJ company

Has anyone used Above & Beyond for all 3 services?
Does anyone know of any other companies that offer all three?
If so, any quotes?

Ultimate Sound DJs do all 3. DJ/MC: $1000, video: $900 (basic). Not sure how much their photography packages run.
