photography/cinematography

please tell me if this sounds realistic...i was hoping to keep to a max max MAX 6k budget for both, but i can't get it to work so far!!!
photography 4K-4500 for
-10 hrs coverage
-bride and groom prep coverage
-proofs on CD and in box (or book )
-1 main album (approx 75-100 images depending on place)
-2 parents albums
-engagement shoot with proofs and book
-some prints

cinematography 3800-4000
-2 cinematographers
-10 hr coverage
-25min-30 min
-raw footage

Photography price sounds great but the video seems to bit high though....
