I'm having my wedding in the Garden Room at WM, and I'm pretty sure there will be another wedding going on that afternoon. Has anyone had any issues not being able to use the grounds for photos because of another wedding? I'm hoping it won't be too much of an issue, especially since we have the first wedding of the day, but I'm still freaking out a little nonetheless.
One of the photographers, said that sometimes you have issues taking pics through out the venue. But just to play it safe, ask your MD.
Yea I am worried about this also. That's why decided to go somewhere with my BRidal party first before we go to WM. but do let me know what they say when you ask them.
My banquet manager Heather assured me a hundred times that the other bride and I can take turns using the grounds - because I have the garden room, my designated area is the small gazebo, but she said that it would be absolutely no problem using the rest of the areas, as long as I took my photos early. That was the plan anyway, so it sounds good. But the skeptic in me is worried anyway.
I asked them when I was there if we could use the whole place and they said it was no problem. None of my photographers or video said they ever had problems and they knew exactly what time we'd get there, etc. so it seems pretty routine there.
I spoke to Ian and he said not to worry because if the other bridal party is taking pictures in one area then you use another area and then we switch. It's very organized and we have separate bridal suites.
