PHOTOSHOP HELP!!...

So of course I don't have photoshop installed on my PC and would really like to have it for wedding DIY. Can anyone download this and possibly send it to me...or where can I get it without paying 400-600 dollars.............any help would be great appreciated....please FM me if you can help...I'm desperate

I appreciate it but.......there are like 13 pictures that need touching up for table number and then I would like to attempt to do my own save the dates - I alredy have an idea.....do you have it on a disc that I can download it on my PC or was it already installed on your computer?
