photoshop help!!!! Please

If I have a JPEG that needs to be inserted into a photoshop document, how do i do that. It only seems to be letting me insert pdf's

Hmm, I'm not sure what you mean. If you just want to paste the jpg into a psd, you would:

1) Open your jpg and press Ctrl-A to select the whole thing.

2) Press Ctrl-C to copy it.

3) Open your Photoshop document and press Ctrl-V to paste it in.

I use Photoshop a lot for web design so if that's not what you meant, post again with more details on what you're specifically trying to do. Maybe I can still help.
