Re: Photo/Video reccomendations
Video: Fade to Black or AJ Ingoglia. Two totally different styles; It's really a matter of personal preference.

I don't even know what the different styles are lol...
I need a good person to explain this all to me, i'm lost.
DJ was easy since we love the house guys...and the price was right. Flowers, even eaiser because my good friend is going to do them (he works at westchester florial designs) and i've seen and loved his work!!
Photo/video, and limos are going to be the hard ones!!!

AJ Ingoglia or Myther Ganibe
Google them, watch some of their work they have done and then you'll see if that's your style.

Re: Photo/Video reccomendations
we're using duet for photo and video. love their work and the price came under budget.
for limos, we're using camelot. i'm sure you've seen all the great reviews on here. I've seen a lot negative comments about royalty, they're the recommended limo company right? although I can't speak from experience, we never met with them.

Duet or Lovemore Photo. I can't speak for Duet's video, but their photos and Lovemore's Photos speak for themselves. Good luck!

Best suggestion- google it. There's photojournalistic style which more or less tells a story of your wedding day. They are more 'artsy' and candid shots. Traditional style is more posed photos. Duet photography, which we used, offers only packages with two photographers (hence Duet ). Each photographer has a strong suit- photojournalistic or traditional... so you get the best of both worlds.
The other company I recommended was Lovemore Photo. They are totally photojournalistic. Don't get me wrong, they'll still take the traditional BP shots and everything, but sometimes the way they edit them will be a little more contemporary.
ETA: I didn't know any of this before I started wedding planning- I'd just cruise wedding photography sites and I started noticing I'd gravitate more towards photojournalistic style photographers and so I learned more about them. HTH!
