Hello!

FH and I had been looking into All Inclusive venues but now we want to see if we can cut costs by making the package ourselves

We're looking for photo, video and florist pricing. DJ and Limos will be needed too but we're having the hardest time with photo/video.

We are very budget cautious but we also want our memories to be captured right...

Please help!!

Thanks!!!

Check out Complete Wedding Packages in East Meadow and the Wedding Center in Commack. Both allow you to make your own packages and offer everything.. photo, video, florist, DJ, limos, officiants, you name it. They definitely have the best pricing but especially at the wedding center, I've heard you REALLY have to stay on top of them.

I hate to be Debbie downer.....I tried the same thing.....it all worked out to be more $ thus the reason we went with all inclusive! And I was doing winter!! The cheapest place we found was sunset harbour...they were $55/person ++ but the menu was bare bones. It wasn't worth it.
I do agree with rcotter90 check the place in east meadow. But not the wedding center everyone on here complains about them! And my aunt who used them 15 years ago even had photographer problems! If u have any questions please feel free to fm me! I.did a ton of research, most have investigated 50 haha between calls, emails and in person visits! Good luck!!

Check out Capture the Moment in Lake Grove. I used them for video and they were reasonably priced and great to work with. They also do photography and all the prices are on their website.

This!! capture the moment is very reasonably priced and has been very responsive to emails. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on video and they fit right into our budget!

Limos-Camelot. Very reasonable and will match some other companies prices/throw in something a little extra. They have a great selection of modern and classic cars too; Mercedes, audi, rolls, cadillac, etc.

For florists: you may want to contact Burton's or Wicks. If you do a search on here, a lot of ladies have shared they're quotes for florists, and have found some very reasonable ones from what I've read.

Also, do you mind sharing with us a ballpark estimate of what you plan to spend for each vendor? You don't have to, but it'll def help us point you to the ones that could fit your budget, and help you gauge whether you're better off going all inclusive, or can swing going to separate vendors. :)

We were going to do all inclusive until we realized all of our add ons made it way more expensive. I did a lot of research and am using Complete Wedding packages in East Meadow for photo, video and DJ and we got an amazing deal! Everyone there has been great to work with! They don't do flowers, but do offer packages with limo options. We are using Michelle from Hidden Essence for flowers and she was able to work within our budget and cut our flower prices in half compared to other florists.
