better to just call her--you can do it right now! she's not as busy during the daytime with clients. but her e-mail turn around time is looong these days cause she has so much work (alterations, ordering, etc) in her shop.

i called her for my BM dress quote and got it within 5 min.

I agree- call her and speak to her.
