Anyone gotten a response from her in the past few days? Usually she emails me back within an hour or two, but I emailed her yesterday morning and didn't hear anything, so I emailed again today. I don't want to call cause I don't want to be annoying....
I thought maybe you girls would know if maybe she's on vacation or something..

I've heard she's better by phone. You might try calling.
I emailed her Sunday and didn't get a response until late the next day. That was just for a price quote, though.

I just send her an email twice and she has responded. I don't think she responds all the time. I believe she has her daughter who works for her that responds as well.

With Phyllis, I think it's just something you have to deal with. Everything else about Gownfind is stellar, it's just getting in touch can be a pain.
I don't think I've ever spoken to Phyllis. I've gotten an email from a lady named Ellen and spoke to Kathy the other day. I'm sure she'll get back to you soon. If you don't get a response by Wed, I'd call again.
