Does anyone know if Phyllis requires you to pay in full for bridesmaid dresses when you order them?

Yes, she did with the girls dresses. The reason why she does that is because the price is already discounted and lower than anyone else's price.

Yes she does and also FG dresses. You pay for the alterations later on when she does it.
