Pic of dress

I just called the designer of my dress to see if they could send me a close up photo of the beading on my dress and they said they had nothing, not even a brochure to mail me. Is that weird?

Should I just go back to wear I bought it and take a pic with my camera, I am trying to plan my jewelry, veil, etc.
