Pic of the 'donation newsletter' I'm giving all the guests.

I've been working on it all night, and then got up this morning and started tweaking it.

It's still needs more editing, but this is the gist!

I'm so happy with the finished product...sorry it's so small, you won't be able to read the words too well.

I have to say that I did a search on LIW for donation wording, and have used some suggestions for fellow brides (I hope they don't mind me copying some of the wording specifically the title ' We have chosen a special way to say thank you for sharing our wedding day'...thank you so much LIW ladies and to the bride who came up with this title!

It's a 3 page newsletter.

I wanted everyone to know who we were donating to (Internation FUnd for Animal Welfare), what they are about...what specific progams...and what our specific donation will do (clean one oiled penguin from oil spill, provide 4 months food for 4 adolescent bears...etc)

OMG!! It looks awesome! You should work for a non-profit developing their marketing pieces.

Thanks, I'm really happy how they came out...now I have to figure out how to present them....

Part of me wants to roll them like a scroll and put a ribbon on it, because it's neat and compact...however, that's not consistent with a newsletter...and I'm using that high gloss double sided paper...I'm wondering if I'll ruin the effect it it being a newsletter by rolling it up,.

Any suggestions for how to present this?

My friend had given out 8x10 picture frames at her reception. They were to big to put on the table since they took up a lot of room. They were handed out during the dessert by the staff. Or if you have a guestbook maybe put them in a basket near that???
