Picasa users....help!!!

i downloaded the pics for the collage. but the pics r on top of each other. how do i fix it

for some reason, the only way i was able to post it was from shutterfly

That's pretty much how I post all my pics..I hate the resizer thing...

how did u get your collage to be bigger and the wording on the pic

The wording I did from Photoshop. I don't know if you can do it from Picasa... Not too sure.

I noticed Shutterfly has been producing smaller pictures, so I've been using Snapfish a lot more now. Maybe that has something to do with it?
