pick it up used?

pick it up used?

my dilemma with the exersaucer...do u think it would be better to get on esecond hand...since J isd 6 months old? some ladies said that she may outgrow it pretty soon

whenever you buy anything second hand I always make sure it can be cleaned throughly and doesn't have any missing or broken parts. you can try ebay too.

ebay's a good idea and even better, do a specific search on ebay for one that is being sold by someone on LI. This way you can see if you can just pick it up. With the size of an exesaucer, shipping might be alot.

A few weeks ago I was at the JC Penney in Sunrise Mall and they were having some huge baby sale and they had an exesaucer on sale for $14.99 down from $59.00. It wasn't an Evenflo saucer, I cant remember the brand but it was definitely a brand I heard of before. Believe me, if I could have hauled a few out, I would've bought them and sold them on ebay myself. If it was just the other day, I'd tell you to high tail it out there but I would guess it's all over with now at that price.

It's always unpredictable, but if you do want to get it used, have you tried Once Upon A Child? I get a lot of therapy things there (I do early intervention on the side) and all their things are gently used (or 'with previous experience' as they say). I've gotten things that haven't been used or things that have been used but still have all the parts and are in very good condition. I always, always clean them though!
