I was just wondering if any other brides are getting married at their reception hall and if they are using limos. FH and I were not going to get limos at first because we didn't see the need and it would cost too much for a short amount of time but are now starting to rethink it. I was just wondering if any other brides are doing a pick up and drop off with a limo company and how much and with who? TIA ~Diana

haven't started looking yet. but i am also having ceremony at the reception hall. but we're also taking pre-ceremony picutes at old westbury garden. i plan to have limos pick us up at the hotel where we're getting ready to drive us to the gardens and then to the reception hall in time for the ceremony. i may also get a limo for my parents who are coming from westchester only because i don't want them to have to drive all the way. and of course, my FH will be picked up at his house where he's getting ready with his groomsmen.

hey there we are getting married at the hall as well....having a limo pick up the guys at our house then another limo pick up the girls and myself at my sisters house...going to get pics taken and then to the hall...as for after the wedding, everyone is on their own and they already know that so they have made plans to hitch rides with others....just thought it would be nice to at least have them to get to the wedding..and nice for our bridal party...believe it or not, I'm stuck on the remembering the name of the company..I'll get back to you with that..good luck:)

We are getting married at the hall so we are getting one limo to take us there. Since we are seeing each other before to take pictures, the limo will take me to where we decide to do our first meeting and will then take us to the hall. We will getting a ride to the hotel after. We are trying to cut costs in any way possible.

We are doing a pickup and drop off with a bridal car using sir oliver. I highly suggest you call them. They are a vendor on here. When i called I thought I needed 3 limos for 3 hours ($$$ $$$) But when I called and spoke to Jennifer she was like 'wait a second....you dont need allthose' and worked with me and showed me that all i needed was a pu/drop off with the bridal car and a limo for 3 hours, which cut my costs by atleast 1k! She even showed me the 3 hour rate and the pu/drop off rate, so i could see the difference. Call them!

We had a small bridal party and were getting married at the RH. I got ready at a hotel, DH met me there for pictures before the ceremony and we took the limo together to our hall. We used Rose Limo on Vets Hwy. Nothing fancy, just a regular limo and they were very reasonable.

I did a pick up and drop off and it cost I believe 250. Just so you know, some companies do not offer pick up and drop off.

i'm getting married at the RH as well but we are taking pics beforehand at another location.. so turns out we needed the 3 hour deal anyways... takes about 45 min from my house to the photo site and then an hour and a half at the pic location and then to the RH so in total 2.5 hrs..
but they are very reasonable.. cant remember $$ exactly but it was about $700 i think for two 12 pass lincolns and one car home after the reception..

We got married at the hall and used Sir Oliver. We just did the pickup/dropoff. One limo picked me and the girls up from my mom's house and one limo picked DH and the guys up from our house. My dad arranged a shuttle bus for the hotel guests, so we hopped on the bus back to the hotel afterwards. Sir Oliver was great - Jennifer worked with us to get us what we wanted while getting the best deal.
