Picked our Menu last night!

We went to the Riviera showcase (a lot smaller of a showcase than the last one) but at least we got the menu accomplished. They had a bunch of CH food to taste while we were there which helped us make our decisions.

Here's the menu...

CH Carving Stations (we had to pick 2)
- Brisket of Beef with Mushroom Gravy
- Virginia Ham with Dijon Mustard

CH Hot Chafin Dishes (we had to pick 8)
- Rigatoni Ala Vodka
- Eggplant Rollatini
- Chicken Pina Colada
- Sesame Chicken w/ Chinese Vegetables
- Shrimp Scampi and Rice
- Fried Calamari
- Swedish Meatballs
- Italian Sausage and Peppers
- Mashed Pototo Bar with Regular and Sweet with all the toppings!!! (we won this at the last showcase)

CH Passed Hot Hors D'Oeuvres (all included)
- New Zealand Mussels
- Clams Casino
- Marinated Chicken and Pesto Kabobs
- Scallops wrapped in Bacon
- Franks in a Blanket
- Eggrolls
- Potato Pancakes
- Marinated Steak Kabobs
- Spanakopita

CH Cold Hors D'Oeuvres (all included)
- Fruit and Crudite and Cheese display
- Shrimp Cocktail
- Seafood Salad
- Antipasto Salad
- Bread display

Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil with Extra Virgin Olive Oil on a Bed of Arugala

Salad
Mesculin Mix


Entree (we pick 4)
- Chicken Priness: Sauteed Chicken served with asparagus and fresh mozzarella
- Filet Mignon with Bernaise Sauce
- Norweigian Salmon with Dill Sauce
- Jumbo Stuffed Shrimp with a seasoned blend of crab and lobster

there will also be a Kid's menu of Chicken Fingers and Fries and a Vegetarian option of Pasta.

All the above entrees are served with Mixed Garden Vegetables and Red Bliss Potatoes.

I don't know about you but I'm starving now!
