i brought my MOH and her girls (my FG & jr. BM) to BR yesterday to help me decide between 2 dresses. the bridal store ladies and my other BM were all pulling for this jasmine gown, but after leaving, i couldn't stop thinking about the james clifford dress i tried on. well, when i brought MOH, whose fashion sense i trust implicitly, she was blown away by the same dress i was secretly hoping she'd like! so, james clifford it is.
this is a bad pic we quickly and secretly took in the dressing room bc i didn't actually order yesterday. the dress is half hanging off bc i had already pulled the clips off and unzipped, and you know how non-pro pics never do the dress any justice.
the website pic, which also doesn't do the dress any justice. i wish you could all see it in person!
Actually, do you know what color the dress you tried on was? I fell in love with a similar one but they only had it in ivory/gold so I'm trying to see what it would look like in white or ivory.

the sample is two-toned in ivory with gold satin at the bottom of the skirt, but you can customize the color however you want. the lady who helped me was initially pushing for ordering the whole thing in ivory (satin included) but i think the gold is part of what makes it special.
