Ok the ring came out great...BUT it was late..i ordered it on Jan 3rd and it came TODAY & some of the old ladies that work at Fortunoff are just rude.....i've had this on a few occasions including the day I dragged FH to look at the ring i picked to see if he liked it. He wanted to just walk out with their attitudes...however...there is a younger (in his 40's) guy Stephen who works there who is FABULOUS!!!! (A lady named Kitty was great too) I will only go there and have him help us...he's helped me a few times and was there today...he spent a ton of time w/ us picking out a FG gift and getting FH's ring sized with the little balls..hopefully others have received better treatment there! My friend has had similar experience as well. We did get 10% off because we are registered there.
Very nice! I'm sorry they were rude to you, and that the ring took so long to come in. We got our wedding bands at the Fortunoff's in White Plains and they were super helpful. We ordered them in mid-February and they came in Friday! But your FH's ring looks great and arrived in plenty of time for your wedding, so that's the important thing, right?

I am sure the staff in White Plains is nicer than the cranky old ladies at Westbury...haha..my bro bought his rings at West. years ago & they were nice then too...maybe i just attract meanies..haha...and i worked in retail for years and am always a nice & patient customer...oh well...haha
