I am sooo sorry you are feeling this way. I felt a little like you did when I first got my proofs. That some moments were lost..but I only had 1 photographer and he couldn't possibly be everywhere at once. But after I saw the video I realized that photos and video have two different purposes. My video was more about the guests and them having fun and it captured all those moments that I will cherish...but photos are a little different. Together they should capture the whole day...Now I LOVE my proofs and you will too...give It some time. I think also I had built up my proofs so much in my head it was unrealistic. This is also another problem I think a lot of brides face.


Good luck...we would love to see some!!

Oh and I dontthink you are whining...If you truly feel that things were not done how you agreed I would bring it up with the company.

i definitely think that this is part of the problem... i KNOW what i expected and it was probably way too much. i still think he missed some important things... like what the heck was he doing at the ceremony that there are no close ups? or why were they sitting around at my house? but i know i can't expect EVERYTHING from him that i did either. thank you.

I'm so sorry you are so upset

I have you told them how up set you are. Def. call and complain.

Also, ask you friends and family to send you any pics they took. I have so many taken by friends and family that came out so cute. I know it's not what you paid for but at least you might have some captured moments.
