I want to use a few songs by the vitamin string quartet....i wanted modern rock songs in my ceremony and now I can have that...just a string version of it! I'm thinking: Bridesmaids/Groomsmen Processional(is that right): I'm yours by the Vitamin String Quartet Processional Bride: Either Free Bird by VSQ or another one of their songs i haven't heard them all yet Recessionall: Viva La Vida by the Vitamin String Quartet
what is everyone else thinking of using?

the only one i know now is the BP is walking down to 'somewhere over the rainbow' by isreal something..the hawaiian version
i'm gonna do canon in d...not sure when its over what we will walk out to

Are you having a string quartet actually play during the ceremony? Vitamin String Quartet is awesome!! If only they weren't in California!! I booked Vintage String Quartet for my ceremony and cocktail hour and they play some modern stuff and said they would be willing to learn a new arrangement or two if there was something different I want played... I was thinking of wlaking down to Somewhere over the Rainbow but I'm not 100% yet. If you booked strings for your ceremony ask them for suggestions on anything a little more modern they play that might be appropriate.

nah no live musicians...i won't be able to afford that but i will purchase Vitamin String Quartet's music and have the DJ play it at the ceremony.

I've never heard of them, but I looked them up just now and I LOVE it!!! I think I want to walk down to My Immortal-Evanescence by Vitamin String Quarlet!!!! And I love the Recessional being Viva la Vida!!!!
