I have a pretty personal question, that I hope someone can help me with. Did you pic your wedding day around your 'friend'... If so, how do you figure it out, being on the pill? I still have over a year. I don't want to be off, even by a few days. Thanks.

I did. I just got a calendar and counted every 29 days and let hubby know all the dates that were out . I am not sure I ever told him why some dates didn't work for me.
Also if you are on the pill what you can do if your friend is scheduled to pop in on your day is do not take the placebo pills in your pack and just start the new pack.

If your on the pill then you can purposly skip your period that month so you dont have to worry..

You can pick your day around your 'friend' but you will never know when your friend will come early or late because of the excitement. Mine came a week early while I was on my honeymoon.

I plan on playing with the dates of my friend not my wedding... I know that this is a little unorthodox but in a few months I will start manipulating my friend with the pill.

Thanks Girls!!!! I think I might have to skip those last few pills. My body is crazy when it comes to stress. I am very nervous about the big day.

Dont just skip the pills you have to start a new pack on the day you are suppose to start the placebo.

Yes. I will do that. Thank you. I am trying to figure out the days, counted every 29 days. I just don't want my body to go crazy and get it early. I guess the best bet is skipping a month. I guess it can't hurt.

I go to see my GYN again in April & I am going to talk to her about timing my friend right. I don't take the pill now but maybe I can for a few months. We'll see.

yes, i busted out a handy calendar and went through it week by week to see what weekends would be free of my friend and pms!!!

I didn't plan around but my cycle is screwy anyway so it wouldn't have mattered. I plan on doing the continuous pill taking around my wedding so I don't get good ol Aunt Flo that day!
